Biography
Federico Mallo is Full Professor of Physiology-Endocrinology at the University of Vigo (UVigo). He leads the group of the Laboratory of Endocrinology of the Centre for Biomedical Research of UVigo, and coordinates the Master of Nutrition and Doctorate of Endocrinology at the University of Vigo, is Delegated Director of the Meixoeiro Nurse School, member of the Galician Health Council and member of the Directors Committee of the Spanish Society for Endocrinology and Nutrition (SEEN), leading the continuous training program.
Research Interest
Federico Mallo Ferrer main research interest is in Hormone measurement in biological fluids and tissues, Molecular biology, Metabolic cages, High resolution animal imaging, Primary & cell line cell culture, Functional testing of exercise capacities and Anthropometric and nutritional assessment.
