Biography
Prof. Grace Robinson is a leading scholar in Food Innovation, Sustainable Food Systems, and Advanced Food Processing Technologies. With over 18 years of academic and industry experience, she is recognized for her pioneering contributions to the development of novel food materials, functional food ingredients, and next-generation food manufacturing models that enhance both nutritional quality and environmental resilience.
She holds a Ph.D. in Food Technology and Product Design from the University of Auckland and has led several national and international research projects focused on integrating bio-processing, plant-based product formulation, and precision fermentation into scalable food production systems. Her research programs have attracted extensive funding from New Zealand’s Ministry for Primary Industries, the Global Food Innovation Fund, and multiple industry partners across Asia-Pacific.
