Career at USF: He worked at USF for 27.5 years, becoming known for his ability to recruit students of color as the Director of Multicultural Admissions.
He later served as the Associate Dean of Student and Parent Relations, Director of Multicultural Affairs, and Student Ombudsman. Part-time, he taught as an adjunct professor in the Department of Africana Studies
