Food Allergies and Intolerance

A food allergy is a awesome immune response to food. The symptoms of the allergic answer may vary from mild to severe. They may include itchiness, swelling of the tongue, vomiting, diarrhea, low blood pressure. A food prejudice and food poisoning are two conditions, caused due to an improper immune response. Food inflammation is used to refer both food prejudice and food allergies. Intolerance can result from the absenteeism of specific chemicals or enzymes needed to digest a food material and it may be a result of an defect in the body's quantity to absorb nutrients, as occurs in fructose malabsorption.
